- Users can leave ratings for Providers after a project has been completed.

- Reviews must be honest, accurate, and relevant to the project or service.
- Reviews must not contain:
- Profanity, harassment, or hate speech
- Personal attacks or insults
- Spam or self-promotion
- Confidential or sensitive information
4. Leaving Ratings and Reviews
- Users must have a verified account to leave ratings and reviews.
- Users can only leave one rating and review per project.
- Ratings and reviews must be left within 30 days of project completion.
5. Responding to Ratings and Reviews
- Providers can respond to ratings and reviews left by Clients.
- Responses must be professional and respectful.
- Providers cannot offer incentives or rewards in exchange for positive ratings or reviews.
6. Removing Ratings and Reviews
- We reserve the right to remove ratings and reviews that violate this policy.
- Users can request removal of their own ratings and reviews.
7. Fake or Misleading Ratings and Reviews
- We prohibit fake or misleading ratings and reviews.
- Users found leaving fake or misleading ratings and reviews may face account suspension or termination.
8. Changes to This Policy
- We reserve the right to update this Rating and Review Policy at any time, with notice to users.
