Terms of Service 

1. Introduction

VT Nova Jobs (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a platform for Clients to find and hire skilled Providers for various projects and services. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Data Protection and Cookie Policy, Rating and Review Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, secure, and successful experience for all users.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, as our platform is only intended for adults.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including your name, email address, and phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

3. Projects and Services

• Clients must clearly describe their project requirements and expectations, including the scope of work, timeline, and budget.
• Providers must deliver high-quality work that meets the project requirements and deadlines.
• Clients and Providers must communicate exclusively through our platform, using our messaging system, to ensure a record of all communication.

4. Payments

• Payments must be made through our platform, using our secure payment system.
• Providers must not accept payments outside of our platform, as this can compromise the security and integrity of the transaction.
• We reserve the right to hold payments until project completion, to ensure that the work is satisfactory and complete.
• Payment terms between Clients and Providers:
  • Clients must pay Providers the agreed-upon amount for the project, minus our platform fees.
  • Providers must not request additional payment from Clients outside of the agreed-upon amount.
  • Clients and Providers can negotiate payment terms, including milestones and deadlines, but must document these terms through our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in their project materials and content, including text, images, and other media.
• Providers assign and transfer all rights, title, and interest in the work product to Clients upon receipt of full payment, ensuring that Clients have full ownership and control.

6. Confidentiality

• Users must maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information, including business secrets, personal data, and confidential project materials.
• Users must not disclose confidential information to any third party, without prior consent from the other party.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do not take any responsibility for any issues that may arise between Clients and Providers, including but not limited to:
  • Disputes over payment or quality of work
  • Breaches of contract or agreement
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Any other issues related to the project or service
• However, we provide a platform that helps protect both sides from having any issues by providing:
  • A safe payment platform
  • A professional platform for communication and project management
  • Marketing and promotion of Providers’ services
  • Dispute resolution assistance

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, subject to existing project commitments and obligations.
• Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations, ensuring that all parties fulfill their commitments.

9. Dispute Resolution

• We will assist in resolving disputes between Clients and Providers, using our dispute resolution process.
• Users must cooperate with our dispute resolution process, providing information and evidence as requested.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, with notice to users, to reflect changes in our platform, services, or applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside, ensuring that all users are protected by the laws of their country of residence.

12. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, policies, terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. Your continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service and any updates or changes thereto.
