Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

  • Clients reserve the right to cancel a scheduled service up to 24 hours prior to the commencement of services, provided a valid and reasonable justification is presented.
  • In the event of cancellation, any non-refundable deposits previously agreed upon in the contract will be retained by the Service Provider, as stipulated in the agreement.

2. Cancellation by Service Provider

  • Service Providers may cancel a scheduled service up to 24 hours prior to the commencement of services without incurring any penalties or liabilities.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days following cancellation, subject to the resolution of any disputes or controversies.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, Clients and Service Providers are encouraged to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be escalated to our dedicated support team for impartial mediation and final resolution.
  • Our team’s decision will be binding and conclusive.

5. Refund Amounts

  • Refunds will be calculated based on the services rendered, minus any non-refundable deposits previously agreed upon in the contract.

6. Non-Refundable Deposits

  • Non-refundable deposits serve as a safeguard for Service Providers, protecting them from potential losses incurred due to last-minute cancellations.
  • Unless our support team determines that the cancellation was attributable to the Service Provider’s fault or negligence, non-refundable deposits will not be reimbursed.

7. Policy Updates

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice.
